26 persons wounded in Baghdad | إصابة 26 شخصا في هجمات متفرقة ببغداد
علن مصدر أمني أن 26 شخصا غالبيتهم من عناصر الأجهزة الأمنية أصيبوا، الخميس، جراء هجمات متفرقة شرقي وغربي بغداد.
So far today 26 people, most of whom are members of the security forces have been injured, in attacks east and west Baghdad.
وأوضح المصدر الذي طلب عدم الكشف عن اسمه للوكالة المستقلة للأنباء (أصوات العراق) أن “تسعة من مغاوير الداخلية أصيبوا بجروح في انفجار عبوة ناسفة في منطقة شارع فلسطين (شرقي بغداد)، فيما أصيب ستة بجروح بينهم ثلاثة من المدنيين في انفجار عبوة ناسفة استهدفت موكب مدير عام الرعاية الاجتماعية في وزارة الداخلية اللواء سمير الوائلي في ساحة بيروت (شرقي بغداد )”.
وأضاف المصدر أن “ستة من عناصر الجيش أصيبوا بجروح حينما هاجمت مجموعة مسلحة دورية للجيش في شارع السفارات غربي بغداد، كما أصيب خمسة بجروح بينهم اثنين من المدنين في انفجار عبوة ناسفة استهدفت قائم مقام الشعب (شرقي بغداد)”.

- A man in a car threw a hand grenade at soldiers manning a checkpoint in Safarat (western Baghdad) (this is the embassies quarter) wounding six soldiers.
- The convoy of Maj. Gen. Sameer al-Wa’ili, an inspector general in the interior ministry was attacked by a roadside bomb in Sahet Beirut (Beirut Square, east Baghdad) wounding 6 people — 3 civilians and 3 of his bodyguards.
- In al-Sha’ab (northeast Baghdad) a bomb targeted the convoy of the local governor wounding five civilians.
