وزير التربية يؤكد ان ثلث العراقيين البالغين لا يجيدون القراءة
قال وزير التربية والتعليم خضير الخزاعي ان ثلث العراقيين البالغين لا يجيدون القراءة وان الاوضاع الامنية المتردية في البلاد اثرت على العملية التربوية بشكل كبير.
واضاف الخزاعي في تصريح نشر اليوم الاربعاء ان اعمال العنف وانهيار البنية الاساسية في المدارس والنزوح الكبير للتلاميذ والمدرسين الذي شهدته العديد من المدارس بسبب اعمال العنف كان من بين الاسباب الرئيسية التي اثرت على العملية التربوية في البلاد.
موضحا بان ما تعرضت له المدارس من اهمال خلال فترة حكم النظام السابق انتجت نسبة كبيرة من البالغين في العراق تصل الى حد الثلث لا يجيدون القراءة بشكل صحيح .
مشيرا الى ان هذه المشكلة لا يمكن حلها بشكل سريع وان حاجة العراق الى المدارس في الوقت الحاضر تصل الى انشاء 4300 مدرسة جديدة في حال ان المدارس الموجودة في حالة سيئة مقابل التزايد في نسبة عدد السكان.
