اطباء البصرة يعيشون اوضاعا قلقة بسبب تهديدات المسلحين
اعلن نقيب الاطباء العراقيين ناظم عبد الحميد قاسم بأنه تلقى رسالة عاجلة من نقابة الاطباء فرع البصرة تشير الى ان اكثرمن عشرة اطباء هددوا بالقتل من قبل جماعات مسلحة مجهولة الهوية في المحافظة.
وقال قاسم في مؤتمر صحفي عقده في مقر النقابة امس السبت ان “الاطباء في البصرة يعيشون اوضاعا قلقة ولاسيما ان التهديدات قد وصلتهم بالفعل وان البعض منهم سيضطر لترك العمل وربما للهجرة خارج البلد”.
مشيرا الى ان “من واجب الحكومة ان تأخذ كل الاحتياطات اللازمة لحماية الاطباء في مدينة البصرة”.

English Summary: The head of the Iraki Medical Union said yesterday that he had received an urgent message from the Basra branch of the Medical Association indicating that ten doctors have received death threats from by unidentified armed groups in the province in the last few days. At a press conference held at the headquarters of the union yesterday, he said that:
“Doctors in Basra are particularly concerned that the threats have already been sent to them and that some of them will have to leave work and perhaps emigrate from the country.”
He went on to point out that: “it is the duty of the government to take all necessary precautions to protect doctors in the city of Basrah.”
