Intense Miltary and Police Activity in Basrah | انتشار كثيف للقوات الامنية في البصرة تحسبا لوقوع اعمال عنف
Both local press sources and our correspondents said yesterday, Tuesday, green zone government police and army deployed at the entry points to the city and Basrah Governorate saw intensive patrolling of the streets of the city in anticipation of acts of violence.
They added that security authorities in the city have strengthened patrols in anticipation of acts of violence against the backdrop of assassinations of a number of members of the Badr Organization in the province.
The deployment is aimed at stopping assassinations amid accusations of negligence and is aimed at Badr Organisation members in the green zone government security services.
قالت مصادر صحفية امس الثلاثاء ان قوات من الشرطة والجيش العراقي انتشرت في مداخل ومنافذ محافظة البصرة فيما لوحظت دوريات مكثفة تجوب شوارع المدينة تحسبا لوقوع اعمال عنف.
واضافت المصادر ان السلطات الامنية في المدينة قامت بتعزيز الدوريات تحسبا لوقوع اعمال عنف على خلفية الاغتيالات التي طالت عددا من اعضاء منظمة بدر في المحافظة .
واوضحت المصادر ان الانتشار يهدف الى ايقاف عمليات الاغتيال وسط اتهامات بالتقصير وجهها للاجهزة الامنية مصدر في منظمة بدر.
