The car bombing in the al-Wasiti district of Kirkuk killed 4 people and wounded 15 including this child being carried by his elder brother as he runs for help. It was the sixth such bombing in Kirkuk this month. I expect the frequency of attacks in Kirkuk to rise severely over the next few months.
