Quisling
(1940)
A word Norwegians are not very proud of having given to the world: it derives from Vidkun Quisling (1887-1945), a Norwegian politician who collaborated with the Nazis during World War II. He established his name as a synonym for “traitor”, someone who collaborates with the invaders of his country, especially by serving in a puppet government.

Tony Blair Poodle

The Right Honourable. Anthony Charles Lynton Blair MP Quisling (born 6 May 1953), is the Prime Minister of Britain, First Lord of the Treasury, Minister for the Civil Service, George Bush’s ally poodle collaborator, Quisling, and MP Quisling for Sedgefield Crawford, Texas.

Discussing the deployment of British troops to Iraq in a 2006 interview he said he considered himself ultimately accountable to President George W. Bush and nobody else for his actions.

He lists his role model in “Who’s Who” as Neville Chamberlain, and his greatest pleasure as hearing Richard Cheney calling him a “good boy.”

Has there ever been so cravenly, abjectly, blatantly, traitorous a British Prime Minister as Tony Blair? Even that misguided appeaser Neville Chamberlain genuinely loved his country and wanted to keep her strong. As I wrote and re-wrote this posting my overwhelming emotions were pity and embarassment for my British friends and relations, and pity and embarassment for the British Servicemen, the British Servicewormen, and British Officers that they should have to risk their lives on behalf of this man. Blair doesn’t even have the bad excuse that his country has been violently overrun by foreign troops. Some people choose of their own free will to degrade themselves, to completely and abjectly abase themselves and their country before somebody else.

Tony Blair brings quislingdom to previously unimaginable lows.

To my British readers, friends, and family, all I can say is that I pity you and that I’m embarassed for you, and that today Sunday May 28th 2006 I thank God that I’m not British.

I will add that I actually felt physically sick as I read those stories and wrote this posting.

One of the great ironies of Bliar’s “presidency” is that he also gave us the Good Friday Agreement, a serious step towards peace in N.Ireland.

But somewhere he deciced to sell Britain down the river to the Americans in their “hour of need”.

Very ill-advised, now we’re stuck with this damned alliance for a good deal of time to come. Very sad indeed…

    Hello Emerald Mark..

I can tell ya, Markie. I always was a dumbass and I continue to be a dumbass. It’s a pity I never tied my peter in a knot and the gene pool is shallower because of that. I’ve got quisling genes.

My idiocy would be laughable, if it were not parasitic on the backs of innocent people of Iraq. Who, just want a little of what I have. Freedom to say the stupidest things.

It’s particularly disgusting that I’d choose the day we Americans remember the honorable sacrifices made by our armed forces to prostitute the freedoms they won for us but hey freedom is to use or abuse and me I like to abuse it.

I’m going to go to some graveyard and piss on the first vet’s grave I can find. Then I’m going to splash my way back to shallow inconsequential useless end of the pool and continue to lead my shallow inconsequential useless little life.

    Gert,

I couldn’t agree more. He took huge political risks and displayed great courage and determination for the peace process - Ireland and Britain both are better places because of it.

I didn’t enjoy writing this posting - but I felt it had to be said. It’s for you chaps to drive him out, the damage he’s done not only to Britain but Iraq, the chances of peace in the Middle-East, and to Europe, are so severe that they far outweigh all the good that was, once, in the man.

    Hello “Boy In The World”

I wondered how long it’d be before you slimed your way out of the swamp you infest.

I give everyone one chance. And the racist hypocritical filth of your original comment meant you blew yours. But then you’ve blown every chance at behaving like a decent human being you’ve ever had haven’t you?

    - Just like that draft-dodging President of yours. It must really frost you that decent Americans, the majority, are waking up to how people like you have dragged the country they love and are rightly proud of down into the gutter and are taking action to restore her, leaving you were you’ve always been, trailing far behind and hoping the adults don’t notice you.

it’s interesting and at the same time predictable that the snakes who come out from under the rocks to attack you use gutter language and gutter thoughts to do it.

    Yah Fahrender,

And the hell of it is that they’re destroying and defaming the very thing they profess to love. There’s a difference between freedom and licentiousness people like boy revel in the latter and destroy the former. It’s desperately sad but too dangerous to be tolerated any further.

Up to almost two years now I was always willing to cut ‘Tone’ some slack - simply because of the Good Friday Agreement. However, when I started digging around it would seem that Clinton really pushed him on the Irish issue. I could not stomach any of Tone’s recent appearance with the Emperor.

Thanks for this, Mark. Sickening is an understatement. I’m sure I’ll be doing something with it soon.

Btw, I absolutely love the new blog layout.

Mark, I started to work on a piece linking to this, but find that the liks don’t match the statements made. Same thing at Gorillas.

Weird - I’ve just done a test posting (and have now deleted it) and it worked fine.

    You have mail.

I’ve eventually gotten round to doing it, Mark. I’ve just linked here and hat-tipped you.
